Platform

I work exclusively with online psychotherapy through videocall over Zoom HIPAA, a platform which allows us to respect the Brazilian LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais - Lei nº. 13.709/2018), and guarantee personal data safety during our sessions.

Virtual and physical spaces

Since in telehealth the protection of the therapeutic space is shared with the patient, it is important for them to be able to have access to a stable internet service and application for videocall, in addition to maintaining private space that will help keep patient’s privacy and safety to both patient and therapist.
